摘要
随着我国汽车市场的不断发展壮大,汽车销售及服务呈现多元化趋势,且竞争也变得日益激烈,然而,国内很多的汽车销售企业仍然漠视客户需求。为此,本文对汽车销售企业如何开展有效的客户投诉管理工作进行了系统研究。
With the great development in car market in China, the car sales and service become diversified, and the competition becomes fiercer. However' many car sales enterprises still turn blind eyes to customers' need. Therefore, this article conducts a systematic research on how to administrate customers' complaint effectively.
