摘要
为满足黑广肩步甲Calosoma maximovicziMorowitzi人工饲养繁殖的需要,参考多种捕食性昆虫人工饲料组分,配制成9种成虫人工饲料,研究了对黑广肩步甲生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明,在筛选出的饲料Ⅲ中,雌虫产卵率(60%)、平均单雌产卵量(60±17.3粒)、成虫产卵历期(24.7±2.86 d)与对照无显著差异;F1代平均孵化率(70.8%)、平均卵重(0.012±0.002 g)、羽化率(66.7%)以及1龄幼虫头壳宽度(0.187±0.018 cm)、体长(0.908±0.095 cm)均与对照无显著差异;F1代卵-蛹总历期(35.25±1.72 d)较对照(32.62±1.79 d)略有延长。
In order to meet the needs of artificial reproduction of Calosoma maximoviczi Morowitzi, 9 artificial diets were designed according to several predator's artificial diets. In the optimal artificial diet, percentage of ovipositing females (60%) and average amount of eggs laid per female adult (60 ± 17. 3 eggs). Average oviposi- tion period (24. 7 ± 2. 86 d) had no significant difference with CK. In F1 generation, average incubation rate (70. 8% ), weight of eggs (0. 012 0. 002 g), eclosion rate (66. 7% ), head width (0. 187 0. 018 em) and body length (0. 908 0. 095 era) of 1st instar larva had no significant difference with CK. But egg -pupa duration of F1 generation (35. 25 1. 72 d) was observably longer than CK.
