L-色氨酸的分子印迹膜电化学传感器的研制与应用 被引量:2

ELECTROCHEMICAL SYNTHESIS OF L-TRYOTOPHAN MOLECULAR IMPRINTING FILM SENSOR AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要 以2-巯基苯并咪唑为聚合单体,L-色氨酸为模板分子,在pH值为9.37的条件下,采用循环伏安法直接在金电极表面聚合制得L-色氨酸的分子印迹膜,作为电化学传感器,用以检测L-色氨酸。由于L-色氨酸本身无电化学活性,实验中以铁氰化钾作为探针分子,采用恒电位计时安培法对L-色氨酸进行快速检测,响应在100s内达到稳定,并且有良好的选择识别性和重现性。测定的线性范围为3.10×10^-5~8.83×10^-4mol/L。本文还测定了2-巯基苯并咪唑与L-色氨酸络合物的结合常数,讨论了该传感器的最佳检测条件。 The L - tryptophan molecular imprinting film sensor, which select 2 - mercaptobenzimidazole and L - tryptophan as monomer and template molecule, respectively, was prepared directly on the surface of gold electrode by cyclic vohammetry method. Because of L - tryptophan has no electrical activity, the potassium ferricya- nide was used as a molecular probe to detect L -tryptophan by constant potential amperometry. The response a- chieve stable in 100 s. The sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to L - tryptophan. The linear range for the determination of L -tryptophan is from 3.10 × 10^-5 to 8.83 × 10^-4mol/L,the binding constant of 2 - mercaptobenzimidazole and L - tryptophan were detected, and the best detection condition of this sensor were discussed.
