摘要
以农林业产品中的废弃物板栗球苞壳为原料,提取天然水溶性食用棕色素。通过对棕色素提取过程各主要因素的研究,确定了提取过程的操作参数,包括浸提温度、浸提时间、溶剂比、萃取比等;最佳条件下,产品最高收率大于9%,产品吸光度达到79。项目具有较好的经济、社会和环境效益。
The natural water- soluble edible brown pigment is extracted from the chestnut shell which is the waste in agriculture and forestry product. The influence of extracting factors on extraction effect is studied, and the main operating parameters to extract brown pigment are obtained, such as extraction temperature ,extraction time, solvent/raw material ratio, extraction/raw material ratio. The product yield is greater than 9% in the optimum conditions. The adsorbance of brown pigment gets 79. The project has good economic, social and environmental benefits.
