摘要
以Mn(CH3COO)2、Ni(CH3COO)2和CH3COOLi为原料,用流变相法制备了正极材料LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4。XRD测试表明:所得LiNio.5Mn1.504具有尖晶石结构。电化学性能测试表明:在750℃下焙烧6h制备的LiNio.5Mn1.504的电化学性能最佳。在3.5~4.9V以0.2C充放电,首次放比电容量为137.70mAh/g,第30次循环的放电比容量为135.75mAh/g。
Cathode material LiNi0.5 Mnl.5 04 was prepared by rheological method, Mn (CH3COO)2, Ni(CH3COO)2 and CH3COOLi were used as raw materials.XRD test showed that the obtained LiNi0.5 Mnl.504 had spinel structure. Electrochemical performance tests showed that the LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4calcined at 750 for 6 h had the optimun electrochemical performance. Its initial specific discharge capacity was 137.70 mAh/g when 0.2 C charge-discharge at 3.5 - 4.9 V, the specific discharge capacity at the 30th cycle was 135.75 mAh/g.
