摘要
讨论了添加金属组元对细编穿刺织物的性能影响,在碳布和碳纤维中引入纳米、微米级粒径组元,对碳布和碳纤维进行测试,分析了不同粒径组元对碳布、纤维在工艺过程中的损伤情况。并对其进行了分散形貌和微观形态的分析。结果表明,纳米级组元对碳布、纤维的损伤小于微米级组元,展示了纳米级组元作为含组元织物成型过程中引入组元的良好前景。
Detail files show that introducing metal carbides has an effect upon the performance of fine weave pierced fabric. We introduced nanometer or micrometer size metal carbide particles into carbon fibers and fabrics, studied and analyzed the damage to carbon fibers and fabrics with various size metal carbide particles, dispersion form and microstructure. The results show that nanometer size metal damaging to carbon fibers and fabrics is less than the micrometer and therefore nanometer materials have well foreground.
