摘要 对碳纤维/聚芳基乙炔烧蚀后形成的表面碳化层的微观结构进行了分析,结果表明:聚芳基乙炔形成的树脂碳结构致密,石墨化程度较高,但开裂比较明显,碳纤维烧蚀均匀,端头呈现尖笋形,而在树脂与纤维界面上则存在较大空隙。 This paper describes ablated carbon layer microstructures of carbon fiber reinforced polyarylacetylene (PAA) composite. PAA - derived carbon is dense, lumpy but seriously cracked. The graphitization extent of resin carbon is rather high. The carbon fibers are ablated uniformly and cone-shaped end surface is formed. But there exist many gaps and cracks in the interface region.
