摘要
目的探讨了胃癌患者血清转化生长因子α(TGF-α)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的变化及意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定了32例胃癌患者血清中TGF-α和TGF-β1水平的变化,并与12例正常健康人作比较,同时分析TGF-α和TGF-β1与临床病理的关系。结果胃癌患者血清TGF-α和TGF-β1水平均非常显著地高于正常人(P<0.01或P<0.05),且TGF-α与胃癌的病理分期有关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清TGF-α和TGF-β1的高表达与胃癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To study the clinical significance of serum levels of TGF - α and TGF - β1 in patients with gastric cancer. Methods The serum levels of TGF - α and TGF - β1 in 32 patients with gastric cancer and 12 controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results Serum levels of TGF - α and TGF - β1 in patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher than those of controls （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, and the level of TGF - α was correlated with pathological stages of gastric cancer. Conclusion The overexpression of serum levels of TGF - α and TGF - β1 is correlated with the pathogenesis and development of gastric cancer.
