二甲双胍缓释片与马来酸罗格列酮联合治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and rosiglitazone maleate tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

目的观察二甲双胍缓释片与罗格列酮联合治疗2型糖尿病的疗效和安全性。方法将120例糖化血红蛋白大于7.8%的2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组。在保持饮食、运动治疗的前提下,治疗组用二甲双胍缓释片1.0 g,1次/d;马来酸罗格列酮4 mg,1次/d。对照组用二甲双胍缓释片1.0 g,1次/d。两组患者均连续治疗24周,观察对空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白的影响及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果二甲双胍缓释片与马来酸罗格列酮联合使用能比单用二甲双胍更好地降低空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白。两组不良反应无显著差异。结论二甲双胍缓释片与马来酸罗格列酮联合使用对血糖控制明显优于二甲双胍缓释片单独使用,值得在临床推荐使用。

Objective To observe curative effect and safety of metformin hydrochloride sustained - release tablets combined with rosiglita- zone maleate tablets in managing type 2 diabetes. Methods 120 cases of patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes with HbA1 c 〉 7.8% were randomly divided into two groups, on precondition of keeping diet and exercise, 60 patients in therapy group with metformin hydrochloride sustained - release tablets combined with rosiglitazone maleate tablets （ metformin hydrochloride sustained - release tablets 1.0 g qd, rosiglitazone maleate tablets 4 mg qd）, 60 in control group with Mefformin hydrochloride sustained -release tablets alone （metfomlin hydrochloride sustained -release tablets 1.0 g qd）. The patients in two groups were both treated for 24 weeks continuously. The fasting plasma glucose （FPG） ,postprandial blood sugar, the effect of HbA t c and adverse effect were observed before and after treatment. Results Metformin hydrochloride sustained - release tablets combined with rosiglitazone maleate tablets could inhibit the fasting plasma glucose （FPG） ,postprandial blood sugar and HbAlc better, there was no difference on adverse effect between the two groups. Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride sustained - release tablets combined with Rosiglitazone Maieate Tablets is an effective method to control blood sugar than using mefformin hydrochloride sustained - release tablets alone. It′s deserving of generalization.
