CT对颞骨茎突骨折的诊断 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨颞骨茎突骨折的诊断方法。方法对13例颞骨茎突骨折患者病例进行总结分析。结果13例共15根颞骨茎突骨折,在CT连续断面图上主要表现为:间断征(7根),双点征(5根),位置跳跃征(3根)。8例行颞骨三维图像重建,共发现了11根茎骨骨折。结论颞骨茎突骨折诊断的有效措施是连续薄层CT检查,螺旋CT检查时要常规骨三维图像重建。
