介绍了部分国家和国际组织食品污染物监测体系的监测历史、监测点选择、监测食品类别、污染物类别、采样原则、数据共享、数据利用,并将我国和发达国家这方面的工作进行了比较,找出差异和可以借鉴的方面,并提出了建议。

The monitoring history, the choice of monitoring sites, food categories, contaminants categories, sampling principle, data sharing and use of data of food contaminant monitoring system in international organization and some counties were introduced and compared between developed countries and China in order to find the similarities and differences and put forward the scientific and sound advice.
