基因芯片技术在营养学领域的应用

Application of Gene Chip to Nutrition

摘要 基因芯片技术是一种多学科交叉融合的高新技术,具有高通量、微型化、自动化等特点。综述了基因芯片的基本原理、在营养学领域的应用并对当前基因芯片应用中存在的问题及其今后在营养学方面的发展前景做了分析展望。 The gene chip technique is a high and new technique which develops from combination of muti-scientific areas, and it provides a powerful tool for molecular nutrition because of its characters of high analysis capacity, mieromation and automation. This discussions were mainly focused on the application of gene chip in current researches of nutrition and development in future as well.
