Glorious Course and Great Achievement——Great Changes and Precious Experiences of the 30 Years in Tibet since the Reform and Opening-up

改革开放30年来,西藏各族人民在党中央的英明领导和自治区党委的坚强领导下,在各种条件较之内地都十分艰苦、艰难的情况下,在世界屋脊上进行了一场具有划时代意义的伟大改革历程,取得了巨大的成就,积累了丰富的经验,为今后进一步全面推进改革,扩大开放,实现小康西藏、平安西藏、和谐西藏的目标提供了借鉴。

Since 30 years of reform and opening-up, Tibetan people have achieved a lot and accumulated many experiences under our party's wise leadership and the firm leadership of Tibetan Party committee which provides valuable reference for further promoting the reform in Tibet, for widening opening-up, for realizing well-off Tibet, peaceful Tibet and harmonious Tibet.
