文中就传统变电站设备的改造和对运行情况执行监视、测量、控制和协调的综合性自动化系统进行分析和讨论,认为实现设备改造和综合自动化是提高变电站安全稳定运行水平、降低运行维护成本、提高经济效益、向用户提供高质量电能的一项重要技术措施。

This thesis puts forward two issues：the revamping of equipments and the integrated automation system which monitors,measurs,controls and coordinates the operation of traditional transformer substations;Solving the two issues is an important technical measure to improve the safe opertion level,to reduce running cost,to enhance economic returns and to provide high-quality service for customers.
