摘要
文中针对电力系统的静态电压安全问题,提出了一种基于电压风险的电力系统评估与预防控制方法。该方法将风险理论引入电力系统,建立了系统电压风险指标,克服了传统的确定性方法的不足。用随机潮流和半不变量法分析了系统运行的不确定性以及造成的节点电压的不确定性。用严重度函数描述了节点电压波动的影响与后果;在此基础上,以节点电压波动的可能性与严重性的乘积作为节点电压的风险,表征了系统的电压安全性。并采用优化潮流算法,通过对系统控制变量的优化,有效地减少了系统的节点电压风险,提高了系统运行的安全性。在测试系统中的应用效果表明了该算法的可行性。
In this paper it is proposed a method of power system assessment and control based on power system voltage risk. This method is used to solve the power system static voltage security problem. Risk theory is introduced to power system and risk index is built to overcome the defects of traditional indices. Probability power flow (PPF) and cumulant method are used to analyze the random of system statuses such as bus voltage. The severity function is used to describe the impact of the voltage violation. Voltage risk is defined as the result of the probability of voltage violation multiplying the severity of voltage violation. It is an indicator for system voltage security. Optimal power flow (OPF) is used to optimize the outputs of the system active and reactive resources. The system voltage risk will be reduced and the system security, be increased. At last,the method is illustrated with a test system. The results show the effectiveness of the method.
