摘要
基于在盐酸介质中,钼对次甲基兰与盐酸肼氧化还原反应的催化活性,建立了测定痕量钼新的动力学方法。其检出限为262×10-10g/mL,线性范围0~10μg/25mL,可用于豆类、茶叶中钼中的测定。
A new kinetic method has been developed for determination of trace amounts of Mo(Ⅵ).It is based on the catalytic activity of Mo(Ⅵ)in the redox reaction between methylene blue and hydrazine hydrochloride.The detection limit is 262×10-10g/mL.The linear range of determinati on is 0~10 μg /25 mL.The method has been used for the determination of trace molybdenum in gram and tea.
