The technical safeguard measures to prevent the electric accidents, maldispatching and maloperating are not effective enough all the time. Xiamen Electricity Bureau is one of the earliest units to research the integrated solutions of the anti-maloperation prevention of the distribution network. This paper presents the integrated solutions of the comprehensive anti-maloperation prevention which is issued and implemented by Xiamen Electricity bureau, specifically introduces its structure and the major features. It is a comprehensive operation system integrating the anti-maloperation prevention of the dispatching and operating of the distribution network and lines, and has made desirable performance in the implementation and application.
