学习型组织是现代管理理论革命的结果,也是现代企业适应知识经济发展要求的组织生存趋势。它可以推动人文与科技意识的深化,促进人文与科技知识的快速更新,为组织内人文与科技发展提供动力,进而促进组织内人文与科技精神的融合,是人文与科技交融的最佳形式。加快学习型组织人文与科技的结合,是学习型组织健康发展的客观要求。
Learning organization, its concept resulting from the revolution of modern management theory, becomes a tendency of survival for modem organization to meet the requirements of knowledge - economy development. The learning organization, which is the best way to combine humanity and science & technology, not only can help deepen the sense of humanity and science & technology, promote the renewal of humanity and science & technology knowledge, but also provide dynamic to organization itself in developing its humanity and science- technology and promote the combination inside the organization. To accelerate the combination between humanity and science & technology is the objective requirements for healthy development of learning organization.
