摘要
异形金属气雾罐成形中,会产生壁厚减薄严重及皱折破裂等成形缺陷。采用数值模拟的方法,对气压胀形的工艺参数进行优化处理,可以降低胀形区应力,减小壁厚减薄率和改善壁厚分布状况,数值模拟结果与试验验证结果吻合较好,研究结果对工艺优化和过程控制具有实用价值。
Forming abnormity aerosol pot by pneumatic bulging, the stress of bulging area is greatly increasing made the wall thickness thinning, wrinkling and bursting. Based on numerical simulation, optimization of the parameter of forming is proceeded. The help to reduce stress of bulging area, decrease thinning rate of wall and optimize wall thickness distrihution. The result of experiment and simulation is probably consistent. The research results have greater practical value to process optimization and the process control.
