摘要
岸边侧向排放是当前三峡水库污水排放的主要方式之一。根据允许污染混合区的大小和来流背景浓度计算排污口的允许排污负荷量是确定水库环境容量,实现污染物总量控制的基本前提。本文通过分析三峡水库排污口的特点和污染物浓度分布规律,提出一种浓度计算的近似表达式,它反映了背景浓度、排污浓度、流量比等多种因素对浓度分布的影响,从而设计出一种新的排污口允许排污负荷的计算方法。数值计算试验表明,该方法可靠有效,计算工作量较小,适合于工程应用。
Lateral-discharge is the one of the major ways of wastewater draining to Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR). The calculation of the permitting loadings of pollutant (PLP) is the fundamental work for both determining environmental capacity and performing gross control of pollutant. Based on the nature of flow field and the regular concentration contour in TGR, an approximate formula for distribution of pollutant concentration is proposed in this paper,which reflects the effects of upstream concentration, discharging concentration and the flow ratio between the drainage and mainstream. A new method for the determination of the permitting loadings developed. The numerical experiments show that it is reliable and robust with less of pollutant from effluents is computation for engineering application.
