摘要
总结了国内外高产长壁开采的情况，认为实现高产高效，良好的赋存地质条件和开采方法是前提，强力设备是关键，放顶煤综采是符合我国特点的方法之一，矿井生产系统和综合配套是基础，并对发展我国高产高效开采提出了5条建议。
Proper measures are proposed in this article for controlling gas and coal dust related serious accidents. This ishased on bad safety records in some coal mining areas in that very serious gas and coal dust explosionaccidents were consecutively recorded. The measures proposed in this article are designed to ensure animproved sefety record in all coal mines across China in 1998.
