摘要
目的研究冠心病患者血小板表面Fc受体γ链ⅡA(FcγRⅡA)和CD40配体(CD40L)的表达水平及其与冠状动脉(冠脉)粥样硬化病变程度的相关性。方法采用流式细胞术检测健康对照组(30名)及冠心病患者(95例)血小板表面FcγRⅡA和CD40L的表达水平,并将冠心病组上述指标与该组患者冠脉造影病变支数Gensini积分进行相关性分析。结果与对照组比较,冠心病组血小板表面FcγRⅡA和CD40L的表达水平叫显升高(P<0.01),血小板FcγRⅡA的表达水平(r_1=0.45,r_2=0.51,r_3=0.57,P<0.05)及CIM01.的表达水平(r_1=0.52,r_2=0.55,r_3=0.63,P<0.05)与冠脉病变支数Gensini积分均呈正相关。结论血小板表面FcγRⅡA和CD40L的表达水平在冠心病患者中升高,可作为评估冠脉病变严重程度的指标。
Objective To observe platelet surface expressions of FcγRⅡA (CD32) and CD40 ligand (CD40L) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and the correlation between two indexes mentioned above and coronary lesion severity. Methods The platelet surface expressions of FcγRⅡA and CIMOL were measured by flow cytometry in 95 patients with CHD and 30 normal controls. The lesion severity of coronary artery was assessed with Gensini coronary scoring system and the correlation was analyzed between the platelet surface expressions of FcγRⅡA and CD40L and coronary lesion severity. Results The platelet surface expressions of FcγRⅡA and CD40L levels in patients with CHD were significantly higher than those in the control group ( both P 〈 0. 01 ), and significant positive correlations were found between the platelet surface expression of FcγRⅡA ( r1 = 0. 45, r2 = 0. 51, r3 = 0. 57, P 〈 0. 05 ) and platelet surface expressions of CD40L ( r1 = O. 52, r2 = O. 55, r3 = 0. 63, P 〈 0. 05) and Gensini coronary scoring system. Conclusions The platelet surface expressions of FcγRⅡA and CD40 elevate in patients with CHD and can be used to assess the severity of coronary artery lesion.
