脉搏波传导速度及踝臂指数在心血管疾病中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 心血管疾病是严重危害人类健康的疾病。虽然其诊断、治疗和预防近年来已有很大进步,但仍是发展中国家的主要疾病死亡原因之一。随着对冠心病等心血管疾病的研究深入,人们逐渐认识到血管壁病变通常要早于管腔病变,管壁病变的发生发展是各种心血管事件的基础,而动脉硬化在管壁病变中起着重要作用。
