摘要
探讨液体引发、水引发对甜玉米种子萌发及活力的影响。将甜玉米种子进行水引发、KNO3引发、KNO3与KH2PO3混合溶液引发,引发时间分别为6,12,24h,然后进行发芽试验,测定发芽率、芽鞘长及幼苗单株鲜重并计算种子简易活力指数。结果表明,3种引发方式对种子的发芽率影响不大,均能促进芽鞘和单株幼苗的生长及种子活力的提高,对芽鞘和幼苗单株鲜重的影响依次为:KNO3与KH2PO3混合溶液引发〉KNO3引发〉水引发;对种子活力的影响依次为:KNO3与KH2PO3混合溶液引发〉水引发〉KNO3引发。引发的最佳组合为:KNO3与KH2PO3混合溶液浓度0.5%-1.0%,引发12h可促进芽鞘长度、幼苗单株鲜重、种子活力达最高,分别为4.76cm,0.85g,46.59,增幅达最大分别为73.72%,31.09%,17.49%。为甜玉米种子引发技术的研究与应用提供了理论依据。
Priming effects were studied on seed germination and vigor of sweet corn seeds using water priming,KNO3 ,KNO3+KH2PO4. The results showed that effects of germination rate weren't improved by priming,but they could promote coleoptile and seedling growth and vigor; the impact on coleoptile and seedling growth followed by: KNO3+KH2PO4 priming〉KNO3 priming〉water priming; the impact on seed vigor followed by: KNO3+KH2PO4 priming 〉 water priming 〉 KNO3 priming. The best priming effect was obtained at the treatment of 0.5%-1.0% KNO3+KH2PO4 priming, soaking for 12h, could promote coleoptile length, seedling growth and vogor, by 4.76 cm, 0.85g, 46.59 respectively, and they were increased by 73.72%,31.09%,17.49% than that in the natural seeds.
