摘要 本文利用电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定地质标样中的贵金属元素Pt、Pd、Rh,比较了不同消解方法对地质样品中贵金属含量的影响,研究建立了Pd的校正方程,有效克服了质谱干扰.Pt、Pd、Rh的检出限分别为1.59 ng.g^-1,0.82 ng.g^-1,0.04 ng.g^-1.精密度为3.4%-13.0%,为大量地质样品中贵金属元素的快速分析提供了参考. A method of using aqua regia digests Geo-chemical standard reference sample, and using ICP-MS determinate noble metal directly is established. The effects of different methods for noble metal are compared and it establishes a correct equation for Pd, This method surmounts mass spectrum interferences efficiently. The detection limits of the method were 1.59 ng/g for Pt, 0.82 ng/g for Pd and 0.04 ng/g for Rh. The precision (n = 12) is between 3.4% - 13.0% was obtained. This method has offered a reference for the determination of these three trace elements in geo-chemical samples.
