北京市卫生资源空间配置分析

Analysis on Spatial Allocation of Medical Resources of Beijing

从地理空间角度分析了北京市卫生资源物力、人力、财力三方面的特点;利用基尼系数和洛伦茨曲线评价了北京市卫生资源的配置特点;用卫生资源配置方法对北京市卫生资源进行理想标准配置,并与现实配置情况进行比较,揭示出北京市卫生资源配置中存在医疗机构数量区域内分配不合理、卫生人力资源集中在内城和郊区区县卫生资源资金投入有限等有待改善之处.

This paper analyzes the features and spatial allocation of medical resources of material, human, and finance in Beijing, evaluates the spatial allocation of medical resources in Beijing with Gini coefficlent and Lorenz curve, gives suggestions on rational and standard allocation of the medical resources in Beijing, and reveals some problems to be solved by comparing, the rational and the real allocation conditions, which are the unreasonable distribution of medical institutions within the administrative region of Beijing, the relative concentration of human medical resources in the inner （old） city, and the limited funding to medical resources in the suburbs of Beijing.
