摘要
根据Genbank上发表的鸭瘟病毒TK基因序列设计引物,克隆出DPVCY07株、鸭瘟标准毒AV1221、弱毒疫苗株的TK基因,通过生物软件进行序列同源性比较,分析DPVCY07株突变位点及其二级结构变化,探讨其TK基因的分子特性,期待从分子水平寻找毒株毒力变化的原因.
According to the sequence of duck plague virus in Genbank, one pair of specific primers are designed and synthesized, then TK gene of DPV CY07, standard strain AV 122 land attenuated vaccine strain are amplified and cloned. Thus, the molecular characteristic and secondary structure of TK gene of DPV CY07 strain are analyzed for understanding the virulence change of the virulent strain.
