缩氨基硫脲类化合物的合成及生物活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 缩氨基硫脲类化合物具有广泛的抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、抗结核菌及抗疟疾等生物活性,特别是它显著的抗菌、抗病毒和抗肿瘤等活性引起了人们的极大兴趣.因此,缩氨基硫脲类化合物在医药和农药中起着越来越重要的作用.本文对最近有关缩氨基硫脲化合物的合成及生物活性研究方面的工作进行了综述,并对今后的研究进行了展望. Thiosemicarbazones and their derivates have a wide spetrum of biological activeness such as antibacterial activity, fungistatic activity, antiviral activity, antitumor and antimalarial. They have drawn great interest for their high potential biological activity especially their antibacterial, antiviral and antitumor activity. So, they play more and more important roles in medicine and agrochemicals. The recent progress in synthesis, bioactivity of thiosemicarbazones is reviewed in this paper. The further required attention in the development of thiosemicarbazones is discussed in the final part of the review.
