摘要 目的研究加替沙星(Gatifloxacin,简称GTF)在汞电极上的电化学行为及其吸附伏安特性,为氟喹诺酮类其他药品的测定提供依据;方法:采用吸附溶出伏安法测定了GTF在汞电极上的电化学行为及相关参数;结果:测得GTF的饱和吸附量Гs=4.01×10-11mol·cm-2,每个GTF分子所占汞滴面积为2.02nm2,吸附系数β=1.08×106,25℃时的吸附自由能△Gθ=-29.14kJ·mol-1,电极反应电子数n=2,不可逆体系动力学参量αna=1.01,表面电极反应速率常量ks=0.27s-1;结论:测定了吸附溶出伏安法测定GTF的最佳条件,方法的检出限为2.0×10-8mol·L-1,重现性良好. Objective: The electrochemical behavior and the absorption performance of the Gatifloxacin in the at Hg electrode is studied in order to provide a method for the detection of quinolone druggery. Method: The absorptive stripping voltammetry and the relative parameter of GTF at Hg electrode is detected by absorptive stripping voltammetry. Result: The saturated adsorption amount of GTF is 4.01×10^-11mol.cm^-2 An area occupied by each molecule is 2.02nm2 at Hg electrode. The absorption coefficient, β, is 1.08× 10^6 and the △G^θ is at 25℃. The number of electrons transferred, n, is 2. The kinetic parameter of the irreversible system is 1.01. Conclusion: A method for the detection of GTF is proposed by absorptive stripping voltammetry. The detection limit of the method is 2.0 × 10s mol.L^-1 under the optimized conditions. The repeatability is good.
