Analysis on Reader Survey in Library of Quanzhou Normal University

通过问卷调查,了解和分析了泉州师范学院读者对该校图书馆的馆舍环境设施的满意情况下,文献资源利用情况、读者服务满意度、读者到馆目的与规律四个方面,分析图书馆存在的问题,并提出必须做好文献资源建设、提高馆员素质、加强读者管理、加大宣传力度、促进图书馆与读者之间互动等完善图书馆建设的相应措施.

With the investigation by questionnaire, the article analyzes the satisfaction of reader in Quanzhou Normal University with the environment of library, the utilization of literature resources, the satisfaction of reader,the purpose of reader to the library. Corresponding measures of perfecting library construction are proposed,such as constructing the literature resources well, improving librarians＇ quality, strengthening the readers＇ management, aggrandizing the propaganda, promoting the interaction of library and reader.
