跳汰机床层检测等粒子浮标数学模型的研究 被引量:3

摘要 提出跳汰机床层检测等粒子旋转导向浮标模型,旋转导向增大了浮标的自由度,使浮标直径更接近分选物料,检测两个直径、密度、摆动半径都相等,回转轴高度不同的摆动浮标所处的层位和浮标所受的水平推力可导出跳汰机分选密度;浮标所受的水平推力可替代松散度作为分层难易的判据。 An equivalent particle rotary guide buoy model of bed layer inspecting and measuring in Jig is established. The rotary guide can increase the freedom of buoy and the buoy diameter can be close to the selection materials and the diameter, density and swing radius between of them are same through inspecting and measuring. Separation density of Jig can be achieved from layer level of swing buoy at different height of rotary shaft and level thrust is received by buoy. The looseness can be substituted by level thrust as a basis of layering easy or not.
