部分血清肿瘤标志物在临床诊断中的研究进展

Research progress on serum tumor markers used in clinical diagnosis

肿瘤标志物(Tumor Marker,TM)是一类反映肿瘤存在的具有生物特性的生化物质,已经广泛应用于临床,尽管这些肿瘤标志物存在非特异性,而合理的应用又确实对于肿瘤的诊治具有参考意义。本文对部分血清肿瘤标志物在临床中的应用研究进行综述。

Tumor marker as one kind of biochemical materials reflects the existence of tumor in human being, which has been applied extensively to clinical practice. Though these tumor markers are nonspecific, reasonable use of them can definitely have significance for reference in diagnosis and treatment of tumor. This paper summarizes the use of serum tumor markers in clinical diagnosis.
