目的分析紫花曼陀罗子冒充韭菜子的原因,建立紫花曼陀罗子与韭菜子的鉴别方法。方法比较两者显微特征,化学反应以及紫外光谱的差异。结果紫花曼陀罗子种皮石细胞特征明显,具生物碱的化学反应特性,并且两者紫外光谱差异大。结论鉴别方法简便、专属性好,能明显区分紫花曼陀罗子和韭菜子,分析其原因便于检验和监管。

Aim To analyze the causes for passing off seeds of Datura stramonium L.var.tatula Turrey as semen allii tuberosi and to establish a method for identification.Methods The paper tells us how to identify the counterfeit by observing its microscopic appearance,analyzing its chemical and physical properties,and UV properties.Results The results showed that there were obvious stone cells of testa characteristics,alkaline reaction,and different UV in the seeds of Datura stramonium L.var.tatula Turrey.Conclusion The method is simple and specific for the discrimination of the seeds of Datura stramonium L.var.tatula Turrey and semen allii tuberosi.
