在表面活性剂存在条件下用桑色素荧光光度法测定痕量铍

摘要 用荧光光度法研究了桑色素-Triton-X100-十二烷基硫酸钠-铍(Ⅱ)体系测定方法及条件在pH在12.5的H3BO3-NaOH缓冲溶液中,检测限为0.01μg/ml,铍的含量在0.1~1μg/ml范围内呈线性关系。本法灵敏度高、选择性好,可不加有机试剂萃取,在水相中直接进行测定合金及水样中痕量铍。结果令人满意。 Study the approach and condition of determining the trace Beryllium-morin-Triton X100-dodecyl sodium sulfate with morin fluotophotometry: the linear range for Beryllium concentration is between 0.1~1μg/ml in H3BO3-NaOH bunfer solution (PH= 12.5) in which its detectability is 0.01μg/ml. This method has been applied directly to determine the trace Beryllium in water and the ally in water sample because of its high sensitivity,good selectivity and its extraction being without organic reagent.
