On Mistakes of Pronunciations and Explanations of the Yue(月) Radical Characters in Han Yu Da Ci Dian(The Great Chinese Dictionary)

《汉语大字典》收字众多,释义详尽,在汉语辞书史上占有极其重要的地位。但是,由于汉字的演变发展历史久远,形音义的变化十分复杂,加上书成众手,难免会有缺漏。以《汉语大字典》"月"部一部为例,查对其他工具书,可发现其在注音、释义方面存在多音而误引、不合音变规律、误释字义、释义不明、漏收义项等缺失。

Han Yu Da Ci Dian （ The Great Chinese Dictionary） takes an important position in the history of Chinese dictionaries with its huge number of characters and detailed explanations. However, there are still some mistakes due to the long history of development of Chinese characters. By comparing related information in other reference books, this paper takes yue （月）radical characters for example to point out some mistakes in the dictionary.
