低温水热合成金红石二氧化钛纳米棒 被引量:6

Synthesis of rutile nanorods under mild hydrothermal condition

摘要 在低温水热条件下,以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲级溴化咪唑([C4mim]Br)为添加剂,制备出了金红石二氧化钛纳米棒.XRD分析证明,所得样品为纯金红石相结构;SEM和TEM结果表明,金红石纳米棒直径为20 nm,长度为200 nm,而且这些纳米棒有自发组装成棒束的趋势.当温度升高时,金红石纳米棒的尺度变大,而且生成了规整的纳米棒束.研究表明,离子液体的存在不仅有利于金红石的生成,而且有效控制了金红石棒的过度生长. The rutile nanorods were facilely synthesized via assistance of ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methy limidazole bromide ([C4mim]Br) under mild hydrothermal condition. XRD showed that the as-prepared sample is pure rutile phase, and the photos from SEM and TEM illustrated that the rutile nanorods with 20 nm in diameter and 200 nm in length incline to form bundles via self-assembly. The presence of ionic liquid does not only favor the formation of rutile phase, but also effectively controls the overgrowth of rutile nanorods.
