河南省高校体育教师职业倦怠的现状与对策

Countermeasure and current situation of the job burnout among P.E teachers in general colleges and universities

运用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对高校体育教师职业倦怠的状况进行了研究.研究结果表明:目前高校体育教师的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重,情绪衰竭相对突出;职称、学校类型和受教育程度在职业倦怠一个或多个维度上差异具有显著性;性别在职业倦怠及其各个维度上差异不具有显著性.

By literature consultation, questionnaire investigation and interview in order to research the current situation of job burnout in P. E teacher of genenral colleges and universities. The results showed： The degree of job burnout of P. E teacher in high college recently is not much serious. The core dimension-emotional exhaustion is high; The title of a technical post, education degree, style of college submit notable difference in one or more dimensions of job burnout; gender, marital status submit no notable difference in every dimensions.
