摘要
近年来国内外经济环境的恶化,国家对房地产行业调控和管制力度的加强,银行信贷的收紧,使得国内许多房地产面临巨大的困境。向酒店业转型是房地产应对挑战的重要选择。首先分析房地产向酒店业转型的可行性,其次探讨了房地产向酒店业转型的模式。
as the domestic and international economic environment worsen in these years, our country control severely the real estate and bank credit, and make many real estates facing great difficulties. The transformation to hotel industry is the significant choice of real estate in dealing with challenges. This paper first analyses the feasibility of transforming real estate to hotel industry.
