摘要
发展高新技术产业为先导的都市型工业,已成为国内许多城市尤其是中心城区转变经济发展方式、创造新的经济增长点、寻求可持续发展的新选择。本文根据当前经济发展的新形势、新环境,从中心城区高新技术产业发展的特点出发,对福州市中心城区高新技术产业的发展现状进行分析,并就加快高新技术产业发展的战略思路和政策选择提出一些建议。
Developing urban industry leading by High-tech industry, is the new selection of economic development mode transformation,new increase point of national economy creation,sustainable development seeking in internal city especially central city. Based on the new situations and environment of economy development and the characteristic of High-tech industry development in central city, the current situation of High-tech industry development in central district of Fuzhou city are analyzed, and strategic thinking and policy choice are proposed.
