产业集群问题是当前的一个研究热点。但是产业集群发展中存在着风险,如集群原有网络关系产生的封闭性、技术创新动力不足、战略与行动趋同、分工固化导致资产专用性风险、政府过度干预等,因此需要采取针对性措施,促进产业集群的持续发展。

Industry cluster issue is a research hotspot currently. However,there are many risks in the development of industrial clusters, such as the closed relations in the original cluster network,motivation deficiency of technological innovation, strategy and action convergence l, asset specificity risks caused by fixed division, excessive government intervention,and so on. So we should adopt pertinent measures to promote the industrial clusters develope sustainably.
