摘要
本文简要论述了原地爆破浸出采铀的工艺技术、基本原理和工艺流程。介绍了试验研究实例,并着重谈了三种布液浸出方法及试验结果。试验的地下矿堆液计浸出率为84.9%,渣计浸出率为88.98%,矿产资源利用率(总回收率)达84.43/,盈利87.51万元,能获得较佳的经济效益和社会效益。文章还对该项技术在老采区矿柱及残矿体的回采;分散孤立小矿点的开发;深部矿体的开采;以及新建矿点中的推广等四个方面的应用前景进行了初步探讨。对今后研究发展方向及急待研究解决的几个技术问题提出了自己的看法。
This paper briefly describes the technology,basic principle and technological process of stope leaching uranium,and introduces the case history of the experiment and research. Three methods of lixiviant sprinkling and the results of the experiment are emphatically described.The leachihg rate of underground heap test is 84. 9%(by liquid ), 88. 98% (by tailing),utilization ratio of mineral resources (overall recovery) is 84. 43%, profit achieved is 875. 1 thousand RMB yuan. The better economic and social benefits have been obtained. It also discusses application prospect of the technology to the following aspects,i. e.,mining of old mining areas lore pillars and residual ore bodies;exploiting of the scattered and isolated ore body; mining of deep ore body; and extending application of newbuilt mine. The author presents his opinions to the direction of research and development in future and several technological problems needed to solved.
