Traumatic subdural effusion treated with small bone window penetration and arachnoid ostomy

目的探讨小骨窗开颅加蛛网膜造瘘治疗外伤性硬膜下积液的方法及效果。方法回顾分析39例通过本方法治疗的患者的临床资料。结果39例患者经治疗后随访1-12月，33例积液消失，4例积液量明显减少，2例变成硬膜下血肿。结论小骨窗开颅加蛛网膜造瘘术是治疗外伤性硬膜下积液的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the method and effect of treating traumatic subdural effusion with small bone window penetration and arachnoid ostomy. Methods To analysis the data of 39 patients treated with small bone window penetration and arachnoid ostomy. 39 patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months. Results The effusion in 33 eases disappeared and in 4 cases attenuated. There were 2 cases turned to subdural hematoma. Conclusion It is effective to treat traumatic subdural effusion with small bone window penetration and araehnoid ostomy.
