摘要 目的研究调强同期推量照射技术治疗脑恶性胶质瘤的可行性。方法本研究涉及6例病理确诊的恶性胶质瘤。根据ICRU 50号和62号报告要求勾画肿瘤靶区,用调强同期推量照射技术(SIB-IMRT)治疗,通过CMS逆向计划计算系统分别得出肿瘤靶区的剂量分布情况以及肿瘤周围重要器官的照射剂量。结果所有患者都顺利完成治疗,无放疗所致的毒性反应。随访过程中5例患者局部复发,3例GBM死亡。靶区剂量分布满意,各重要器官的照射量亦明显达到较低水平。结论用调强同期推量照射技术治疗脑恶性胶质瘤从剂量学和放射生物学角度来看有一定的优势。 Objective To investigate feasibility of the simultaneous integrated boost for malignant gliomas with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (SIB-IMRT). Methods Six patients with malignant gliomas were treated with SIB-IMRT. Results There was no patients delayed by acute radiation toxicity. The tumor recurred regionally in five of the six patients. The glioblastoma (GBM) in four patients recurred at 5.4, 4.0, 6.4 and 7.0 months after radiotherapy. Three patients with GBM died at 5.4, 8.4 and 16 months after radiotherapy, respectively. Conclusions It is effective to treat glioma with SIB-IMRT.
