摘要
目的总结骶管蛛网膜囊肿的诊断与显微手术治疗经验。方法回顾分析26例显微手术治疗的骶管蛛网膜囊肿患者的临床资料。结果症状完全缓解22例,部分缓解4例,无复发病例。结论MRI是明确骶管蛛网膜囊肿的重要手段;对诊断明确的患者予显微手术治疗,而骶管减压、囊肿壁部分或大部分切除、带蒂骶脊肌填塞是治疗骶管囊肿的有效办法;合并有腰椎间盘突出或腰椎椎管狭窄的患者同时应行髓核摘除和椎管减压术。生物蛋白胶封闭及严密缝合各层并抬高臀部俯卧位等处理可有效预防伤口脑脊液漏。
Objective To summarize the experience of diagnosis and microsurgieal treatment of sacral canal cyst. Methods 26 patients with sacral canal cyst were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 26 patients, 22 cases recovered completely and 4 cases recovered partly. Conclusion It is effective to treat sacral canal cyst with microsurgery and to diagnose sacral canal cyst with MRI.
