《哈佛法律评论》办刊理念对我国高校学报的启示

On the Idea of Harvard Law Review and Its Enlightenment to China’s University Journals

目前,我国高校学报存在诸多需要解决的问题,其中,编辑规范、编辑技术、办刊体制等问题已有不少的论述,但有关办刊动力、办刊机制的研究鲜有专论。本文仅就学术期刊的内在规律,结合我国高校学报面临的困境,剖析并借鉴了《哈佛法律评论》的学生本位机制,详细讨论了其办刊理念,提出了我国高校学报的另类思考,阐述了高校学报与学生的互动机制,对促进高校学报发展以有益的启迪。

Nowadays, there＇re many problems to solve, in which editorial regulation, editorial technology, and operating institution have been widely studied and discussed. But the motive force and mechanism of running a journal has little research. Tthis paper, on the basis of the internal development law of academic journals and the dilemma of university journals of China, analyzes the student-oriented mechanism and idea of the Harvard Law Review, and proposes another special thinking on how to develop Chinese university journals. Furthermore, the interactive mechanism between journals and students is set forth so as to promote the development of university journals in China.
