摘要
开发与提升学校的服务效能,是目前高职院校内涵建设的一个着力点与突破口。就院校自身发展来看,院校领导服务效能的开发、行政管理服务效能的开发、教师服务效能的开发将是实现与保证高职院校教育教学改革高效运行、卓有成效的重要途径。
