加强产学研结合 培养高技能人才——基于高职林业技术专业产学研结合人才培养的实践探索

Strengthening the Combination of Production,Study and Research to Train High-skilled Talents——Based on the practice of polytechnic forestry talent-training through combination of production,study and research

实施产学研人才培养应制订突出技能培养的人才培养方案、构建突出技能培养的实践教学内容体系和积极探索产学研结合的有效途径。结合高职林业技术专业产学研结合的实践探索,从充分利用校内实训基地、加强校企合作和开展对外技术服务等3个方面对如何进行产学研结合人才培养展开系统论述。

This article argues that to carry out the talent training pattern of combining of production, study and research, a skill-oriented talent training plan and a practical teaching program system should be carefully made, and meanwhile, effective forms of combining of production, study and research should be founded. Based on the practice of polytechnic forestry talent-training, the article discusses how to train talents by combining production, study and research in three aspects, taking best advantage of school training bases, strengthening school--enterprise cooperation and offering external technological services.
