摘要
目的了解科室文化建设的现状,让员工了解科室文化,从而积极参与科室文化建设。方法设计40道问卷调查题目,对检验科的78名在职员工进行有针对性的调查分析。结果通过对科室员工的满意度调查发现:了解科室文化的占8.0%,不了解科室文化的占39.7%,想了解科室文化的占46.0%,认为是领导的事的占6.3%。结论逐步构建完善的科室制度,让员工了解科室文化,积极参与科室文化建设活动,从而增强科室的凝聚力,促进科室的长足稳定发展。
The purpose of the writers of the article is to learn about the present situation of the cultural construction of department and make department culture known to the employees of the department who can take an active part in the cultural construction of department. The writers made a focal investigation and analysis on 78 employees of Department of Laboratory by designing questionnaires of 40 questions. Then they found the number of employees who knew the department culture accounted for 0.8% ,who didnt know the department culture 39.7% ,who wanted to learn about the department culture 46.0% and who thought it was the matter of the leaders 6.3%. We should construct perfect system of the department, make the department culture known to the employees and actively take part in the activities of the department culture so as to enhance the cohesion.
