摘要
目的改变护理模式,提高护理质量。方法实施全责护理中的分层管理,每位护士都是实施者与检查者。结果护士的差错发生率明显下降,病区护理质量提高,护士的工作积极性、协调性明显改善。结论通过改变护理模式,更能适应医院的发展。
Nowadays the changing of nursing pattern can improve nursing quality. Every nurse is the practitioner and examiner in the practice of graded nursing of full responsibility. The rate of nursing error obviously decreases, the nursing quality in wards has been improved and so has the initiative and coordination of the nurses. Therefore, the changing nursing pattern can be suitable to the development of hospitals.
