摘要
介绍了用于光测电压的晶体的选择与晶体加工设计中的光轴选定原则。
This paper introduces the selection of crystal used for voltage measurement with optic,and the principle for selecting the optic axle.As an example of LN crystal,the parametric calculation method in the design process of crystal devices was discussed.
